From traditions to trends, I ultimately seek the DELICIOUS.  I am curious on how people eat for sustenance and nutrition, yet in a satiating way.  There should always be fun and joy with food....otherwise, what's the point?!

My main project is traveling the world cooking on a music tour, while down time is home in beautiful Santa Barbara, CA.
