This recipe is adaptable for what you have on hand, or if you'd like to make it healthier.

Ingredients
Equal parts mayo & sour cream OR Greek yogurt
Mixture of herbs: dill (super important), chives, parsley (fresh preferred, but dried is ok too)
Garlic (fresh preferred, but dried ok too)
Lemon juice
S&P
Buttermilk to thin
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk mayonnaise and sour cream (or Greek yogurt) together in a bowl.
Step 2
Add all chopped fresh herbs (or dried if using), minced garlic (or dried), salt and pepper.
Step 3
Add lemon juice. Adjust consistency with buttermilk (or substitute whole milk with additional lemon).
NOTES:
This recipe is incredibly adaptable for what you have on hand!
