Ingredients
4 tablespoons Patagonia Provisions Chimichurri spice
2 Avocados, ripe
½ yellow onions, diced small
1 jalapeno, mincedÂ
Handful of picked and washed cilantro leaves, chopped
2 teaspoons Kosher salt
Juice from 2 limes
½ pound picked jumbo lump crab meat
Preparation
Step 1
Split each avocado in half, remove pits, and scoop flesh into a medium bowl. Combie with all ingredients except the crab. Mash and combine the avocadoes with a fork.Â
Step 2
Add crab, and fold gently as to not break up large crab chunks
Step 3
Serve with tortilla chips or in lettuce cups.
