Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons Patagonia Provisions Chimichurri spice

  • 2 Avocados, ripe

  • ½ yellow onions, diced small

  • 1 jalapeno, minced 

  • Handful of picked and washed cilantro leaves, chopped

  • 2 teaspoons Kosher salt

  • Juice from 2 limes

  • ½ pound picked jumbo lump crab meat

Preparation

Step 1


Split each avocado in half, remove pits, and scoop flesh into a medium bowl.  Combie with all ingredients except the crab.  Mash and combine the avocadoes with a fork. 



Step 2


Add crab, and fold gently as to not break up large crab chunks



Step 3


Serve with tortilla chips or in lettuce cups.
